Promoting Academic Integrity & Research Excellence

Introduction

FAAI - Frontiers of Agri & Animal Innovation strictly follows the University Grants Commission (UGC) – Consortium for Academic and Research Ethics (CARE) protocols to promote academic integrity and publication ethics.

Quality and Ethics in Publication
  • Manuscripts must reflect original, unpublished research.
  • Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) is strictly prohibited.
  • All submissions must undergo peer review, preferably double-blind.
  • Journals must maintain transparency in editorial and review processes.
Authorship and Contribution
  • Authorship must be based on a substantial contribution to the research.
  • Any form of guest, ghost, or gift authorship is unethical and unacceptable.
  • The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors agree with the content and submission.
Citation and Referencing
  • Authors must properly acknowledge all sources and influences.
  • Use standard citation formats (e.g., APA, MLA, IEEE) according to the field.
FAAI-Journal Transparency
  • ISSN (print/online)
  • Peer-review process
  • Editorial board details
  • APC (Article Processing Charges) if any
Misconduct and Retraction
  • Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data is prohibited.
  • Papers may be retracted in case of proven misconduct, plagiarism, or ethical violations.
Open Access and Licensing
  • Journals should indicate whether they are open-access, hybrid, or subscription-based.
  • Licensing (such as Creative Commons) must be clearly stated.
Publication Fees
  • APCs, DOI.
  • Journals must display all charges on their websites.
